These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Orario, a booking platform for service businesses run by Michail Koutsouris, an individual rather than a company ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Orario, you agree to these Terms. If you use Orario on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.
You are responsible for activity under your organization and for keeping your credentials secure. Each organization has one owner, who may invite additional members. You can sign in with an email and password or, where enabled, with your Google, Microsoft or Facebook account.
Use Orario only to take bookings for a lawful business. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.
Orario has a Free plan, which needs no payment card, and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Polar, our merchant of record, which takes the payments.
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Polar adds VAT at the rate of your country. If you buy as a business and give a valid EU VAT number, you pay the listed price and the reverse charge applies.
A yearly plan costs ten months of the monthly price and is paid in advance for the whole year.
Starter and Pro start with a 30-day free trial. Starting one needs a payment card, and nothing is charged during the trial. We email you 7 days before the first charge. To pay nothing, cancel the trial from Billing in your dashboard before day 30. Otherwise Polar charges your card on day 30 for the plan and billing period you chose, and again at the start of every period until you cancel.
Each business can have one trial. A business that has had one, or has paid for a plan before, pays from the start, and Polar may refuse a trial to a card or an email address that has had one.
You can change plan or cancel at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, or until the trial ends. A move from yearly to monthly billing takes effect when the paid year ends.
Polar may refund a charge at its own discretion. Otherwise fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
If we change our prices, we tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
Your catalog, branding, and customer data remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process your customers' data.
We work to keep Orario available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Sign-in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook, and calendar sync with Google Calendar or Outlook, use services those companies provide under their own terms. To the extent the law allows, Microsoft, Google and Meta give you no warranty for those services and have no liability to you for them, and we disclaim all warranties and liability on their behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
